Criminal Searches are on site inspections of court records to avoid errors when identifying the subject. We search seven years on the subject unless asked otherwise to search longer. We provide case number, file date, type of case and the dispositions. Copies available upon request.

A search is performed in the Uniform Commercial Code Records in a specific jurisdiction for all UCC filings that are currently open and not terminated, filed against a specific individual or company. Results Returned: Debtors name, secured parties, date filed, and the book and page and instrument of the filing. Copies upon request.

A search is performed through the Secretary of State office. Upon the findings the secured party is alerted that Uniform Commercial Code filing or Judgement Lien is due to expire and is ready for continuation.
Results Returned: Debtors name, secured parties, date filed, and the book and page and instrument of the filing. Copies upon request.
State and Federal Tax Liens

A search is performed in the deed records in a specific jurisdiction for all State and Federal tax liens that are currently open and not released. The statute of limitations is 10 years in the state of Texas. Filed against a specific individual or company.
Results Returned Date filed, book and page and instrument number of the filing and amount.
Judgment Searches
Judgment Searches
A search is performed in the deed records in the specific jurisdiction, where judgment lien records would be filed against a specific individual or company. The statute of limitations is ten years with a two year grace period for refiling in the state of Texas. This would include Federal, State, Civil and District Court filings in the deed records.
Results Returned Date filed, book and page and instrument number or the filing and amount.

A search of the court in the specific jurisdiction where bankruptcy filings would be filed against a specific individual or company. Remains on debtor’s record for ten years. Results Returned Date filed, case number and chapter filed. Copies of docket sheet and petition upon request.
